Stephanie's Review:

Albert has missed a lot of tennis time do to his school work.  He has a lot of potential with his game, but without the time on court for repetition and conditioning there is no way that he can be confident in his match play at Saddlebrook or at tournaments. We would like to see Albert catch-up and excel in school as well as tennis.

We look forward to Albert reaching for higher goals in his pursuit of his tennis abilities.

Stephanie's Notes & Grades:
A=2,  B=1,  C=3,  D=1

Forehand: Albert has made a lot of progress on getting more open-stances with a wider setup and he's bringing a lot more power and hips into the shot.  He used to hit all closed stances which locked him up resulting in a lot of short balls.

Backhand: He has been working on getting wider with his setup in his legs to create more space and distance between and the ball to get a freer swing, especially on wider balls as he gets further off of the court.

Serve: The start of the take back has to have more space with the right arm. The trophy position looks good, but he needs more push with both legs up into contact. The right leg needs to kick back rather than swing around and the left foot needs to land further into the court.
We would like to see Albert working more height and spin to develop more kick on his second serve.
